Nothing on this Site constitutes formal real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. Your use of this Site, including sending inquiries via contact forms, emails, or text messages, does not establish an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and Culture Realty Collective under the laws of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction. An agency relationship is only formed when both you and Culture Realty Collective execute a written brokerage services agreement (e.g., an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement or Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement).

• Message Frequency & Carrier Rates: Message frequency varies based on your transaction milestones and communication preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Consent Independence: Consent to receive marketing or transactional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service from Culture Realty Collective.

9. Data Retention & Secure Disposal

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was gathered, including satisfying legal, accounting, tax, and licensing retention obligations under the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) regulations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted, overwritten in routine backup cycles, or irreversibly anonymized.
